What you need: eggs and muffin tin.
What you can add: anything.
What I added: organic turkey, mixed field greens, red peppers, salt + pepper
Just in case: this is the man/kid version {below}.
Not sure if they'll like the salad in their eggs?
We'll call it the "back up plan"
Cook: heat to 350 for 12-15mins
and... serve.
Nutrient eval= fat, fiber, protein, choline {it's good for your brain} and all sorts of vitamins and minerals in this one, simple little dish.
