Here are our recommendations for this veggie laska soup:
- Use gluten free noodles like rice, soba or buckwheat
- If your making it for the whole family go a little lighter with the thai curry paste, you'll still get some flavor, but not as much spice. Less paste will make it slightly bland, so you may need to add a pinch of salt
- Use Native Forest {BPA-free} coconut milk rather than the coconut cream
