The website and app encourage your "Junior Chefs" to get involved in the kitchen and make healthy choices. After selecting a recipe, they can view nutrition facts and see how often this recipe should be eaten - it ranges from very often to just sometimes. Then it lists ingredients and instructions. It also introduces the meal planning concept to those tweens and teens who haven't had to plan ahead yet. You know, the kind of things I am still working on. Start 'em young, right?
